WHAT DOES THE BIKINI BODY PROGRAM CONSIST OF?
Bikini Body is a 4-week total body program designed to lose fat, tone and focuses on achieving an hourglass figure while sculpting your body. There are 5 sessions per week comprised of HIIT cardio, legs, glutes, abs, and resistance training exercises. There’s a nutrition guide included with a list of foods to eat and everything you should avoid consuming during the program plus so much more!
WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED FOR THIS PROGRAM?
You will need:
Resistance bands
Dumbbells
Skipping rope
ARE ANY MEAL IDEAS OR RECIPES INCLUDED IN THIS PROGRAM?
Yes! There are breakfast, lunch, dinner, smoothies, and snack recipes with cooking instructions provided.
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
The duration of the workouts is between 45 minutes to 1 hour.
IS THIS PROGRAM AVAILABLE FOR EVERYONE?
